Platform Enhancements
Two-factor authentication is now disabled for all customers. All existing accounts will have two-factor authentication toggled off by default. Two-factor authentication can be re-enabled for all Command Center and/or Studio users.
Two-factor authentication cannot be disabled once it is turned on. Once two-factor authentication is enabled for a Command Center or Studio, all users tied to the Command Center and Studio will be required to set up two-factor authentication using the
Google Authenticator App.
Customers on paid subscriptions can choose to enable two-factor authentication for Command Center users by going into the Authentication tab in the Command Center.
Two-factor authentication can be enabled in the Studio via the Admin section and accessing the Authentication tab.
