  • Track message analytics such as number of message sent, subscribers, message delivery rates, etc.

Get Started with Messaging

Confirm you have access to Messaging and Audiences based on your subscription plan. This functionality is available to Professional and Enterprise Plans only. 
Navigate to the Admin section in your Studio. Click on the Person Icon in the bottom left corner of your Studio to find the Admin section of the Studio. 
Complete the Messaging Setup form. 
Your Messaging Setup submission will be reviewed. Once your submission is approved, you'll have the ability to create Audiences, collect Mobile Opt-ins, and send real-time or scheduled text messages. It may take 10-15 business days for your submission to be reviewed and approved.
