Rating Survey
The Rating Survey Component is a part of the Survey Component Set. It allows Studio Users to integrate Rating Survey into their app.
Ideas for Using Rating Survey
- This survey option enables app users to give a rating review on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. This scale is ideal when trying to measure feelings or perceptions, such as product reviews and experiences.
- Add to a product page, asking customers for a review. Streamline the process by enabling them to skip adding a comment. This will increase the likelihood of getting more rating reviews.
- Include the Rating Survey after informational text in your app. Ask app users if the content was helpful. In the Instruction Text avoid yes/no questions. Rather ask a probing question, such as “What informational content were you looking for?” This gives your app users a chance to provide clear feedback and recommendations.
- Want to simplify the feedback further? Check out the Simple Survey Popup Component, it offers a positive, neutral, or negative feedback scale.
