Content Overview
Content is where, well, content is stored.
Content Types
Documents: Files, such as PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, or Word, can be stored and easily linked within any experience. Need to link app users to a presentation file? Or perhaps to a product manual? Upload the file into Documents, then, from any experience in the Studio link to the uploaded file from any Component with a link property. Updates made to the file will automatically appear in any experience linking to it.
Form Builder: Forms are where Studio users create, edit, and manage forms, which can be used in any experience built in the Studio. Forms enable Studio users to create a Form once and use it across multiple experiences. Changes made to a form will automatically appear in any experiences using that form.
Images: Images are where visual assets can be stored and easily used within any experience. Studio users can upload a .JPG, .SVG, or .PNG to be used in any experience in your Studio. Updates made to an image file will automatically appear in any experience using that image.
Text
: Content from Text allows you to add text once, use it in multiple experiences, and ensure any edits made to this text are automatically updated across all experiences using it. When building a digital experience, any Component with text has the option of including Content from Text.
